Q: Are BAM Storage containers mobile?
A: Absolutely. Our simple principle: standard
storage facilities that come to you and offer you the
true convenience of portable storage containers.
Q: If I rent a container can I keep it on my lot?
A: Yes. You may leave the BAM mini storage container
at your location or give your BAM representative a call
to have it stored at our secured storage facility.
Q: Is there an additional cost to have the container stored at a BAM facility?
A: Contact your local representative to see if there is an additional cost to store it at the BAM facility. It is always your decision on whether or not you have the container moved to one of our secured storage facilities or keep it at your location.
Q: How is the storage container moved?
A: Our professional drivers will place your storage container on a standard rollback truck and deliver the container wherever you direct them.
Q: Is there a way for me to secure my possessions inside the BAM storage container?
A: Yes. Each BAM storage container is designed with "E" Tracking so that your possessions an be securely strapped within the storage container.
Q: What size attics are available?
A: BAM storage containers come in a variety of sizes:
8'x8', 8'x12', 8'x16', 8'x20' and 8'x40'. For sizes
available in your area, please contact your local representative

Q: How much will an 8' x 16' storage container hold?
A: An 8' x 16' container should hold the average furnishings of a 3-bedroom, 1,500 square foot house.
Q: What is the monthly rent for an 8' x 16' storage container?
A: Delivery prices and monthly rentals will vary from location to location. For prices in your area, please contact your local BAM representative.
Q: Does the BAM come with moving and packing supplies?
A: BAM does provide moving and packing supplies that
can be delivered to you inside your container; however,
there is an additional cost for these items. Visit our
supplies pages or
contaact a representative for these costs.
Q: Some customers are very strict
about controlling the temperature in their storage container
in order to prevent damage to their antiques. Is this
necessary?
A: No. According to George Read in his 'Art & Antique
Quiz' in the May 2003 issue of House Beautiful the
customer has confused temperature with humidity. It
is changes in humidity that causes both shrinkage and
swelling. Humidity can easily be controlled by placing
Dri-it or a similar product in the storage container.
These inexpensive products can help protect your belongings
from the damaging effects of moisture. However, storage of art work and antiques for long durations are not recommended.
